Diane has been a leader, a consultant and a leadership coach in a variety of organisations. Educated as an engineer at Imperial College, London, she took her MBA at London Business School and spent the first part of her career managing change in technology-based organisations, lastly as VP for Airco (part of the BOC Group). In 1995 Diane joined Blessing White, a consultancy specialising in leadership, organisational and personal development where she was MD Europe until leaving to develop her coaching practice in 2000.

Diane focuses on building leadership effectiveness, working with individual leaders and leadership teams to develop a unique and authentic leadership practice that is both effective in meeting their immediate challenges and creates a sustainable platform for future growth. Above all her approach is pragmatic; looking for the opportunities to change that will deliver the greatest improvement in short and long term results. Clients report sharpened self-awareness and an improved ability to manage their impact in the complex organizational systems in which they work, as well as increased focus and motivation.

In addition to her work in organizations coaching and developing leaders, Diane is a Director of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (UK) and an active Friend of the Mulberry Bush School, which provides transformative care for some of the UK's most disadvantaged and damaged children.

Stephen has been a key figure in executive coaching in the UK for several years, first at HayGroup where he contributed to launch of Hay’s Executive Coaching Practice and latterly as the Managing Director of the Centre for Executive Coaching – the UK coaching division of
Thomson DBM.

For 15 years, his work has focused on what makes individuals succeed in particular roles by examining the requirements of the role and the personal profile, qualities and aspirations of the role holder. In this time he has worked with some of the world’s biggest organisations.

As a coach, he seeks to develop a full understanding of his client’s world and of the organisational priorities. He then works with his client to identify together areas for personal development that will make the most impact in the current role as well as in the longer term.

Mike has over 14 years experience of working with leaders and senior executives to sustain their leadership effectiveness, improve their personal and business performance and accelerate the achievement of the corporate vision. He works with leaders to increase their capacity for renewal in each of the four territories of leadership. As “Mike the Mentor”, he publishes a highly rated newsletter on mentoring and coaching. He is also on the faculty of The School of Coaching where he deliver coach training programmes. As well as working with executives, he also works with coaches and mentors as a supervisor to help them ensure the quality of their work and to support them in their professional development.

He has coached and mentored leaders, executives and professional staff across a range of industry sectors, nationalities and cultures. Previously, Mike worked with the Center for Creative Leadership and the PA Consulting Group. He has also worked as a psychotherapist and counselor.

Mike is a trustee of the charity Green and Away which creates convivial environments that transform people.
